Black Wall Street China Mission

The Diaspora China Commonwealth Regulations exist to guide and protect the integrity of the Mansa Mint Black Wall Street China collaboration, an intentional economic development initiative designed to rebuild and modernize the legacy of Black Wall Street. This program is not an open-access pathway for casual business engagement, but a structured and principled effort rooted in the elevation of Foundational Black American enterprise on a global stage. It reflects a commitment to excellence, discipline, and cultural awareness, ensuring that every participant embodies the elegance, sophistication, and historic resilience that define over a century of Black economic achievement.

Our mission is to establish a mutually respectful and sustainable relationship between participants and the host nation of China by emphasizing accountability, cultural intelligence, and ethical conduct. Recognizing that international engagement requires a heightened level of awareness, we uphold strict expectations for behavior in both business and public environments. Participants serve not only as entrepreneurs, but as ambassadors of Black Wall Street’s enduring legacy. Any actions that compromise this mission will be addressed with seriousness, including the potential revocation of MemTrac™ Membership and compliance with all applicable legal and governmental consequences as determined by the host country.

To safeguard both individual participants and the collective vision, the Diaspora China Commonwealth Regulations include a formal collaboration agreement that defines responsibilities, expectations, and standards of conduct. This agreement ensures alignment between all parties and reinforces a unified approach to international economic development. Through this framework, we aim to cultivate a positive, impactful experience that honors our shared heritage while building forward-looking partnerships. Ultimately, our mission is to restore, represent, and expand Black Wall Street’s influence globally with dignity, structure, and purpose.

Black Wall Street China Rules and Regulations

The mission of the MemTrac™ program dress code policy is to uphold a consistent standard of excellence, professionalism, and global representation for all participants. Every member is expected to present themselves in formal business attire when traveling, arriving at airports, and engaging in any official movement associated with the program. This requirement reflects a unified image of discipline, prestige, and readiness, ensuring that each individual embodies the high standards associated with international business and elite engagements.

We are committed to maintaining a polished and adaptable presentation that reflects both professionalism and environmental awareness. While business attire remains the foundation of our visual identity, accommodations are made during periods of extreme heat through the introduction of custom-designed attire. These garments are carefully curated to preserve the integrity of the program’s image while providing comfort and functionality, ensuring that participants remain aligned with the mission without compromising their well-being.

Through this dress code, MemTrac™ reinforces the importance of appearance as a key component of representation, unity, and respect for global partnerships. Participants are not only individuals, but ambassadors of a larger movement, and their presentation sets the tone for every interaction and opportunity. By adhering to these standards across every trip and engagement, members contribute to a powerful, cohesive image that strengthens the credibility, influence, and legacy of the program on an international stage.

Black Wall Street China Social Conduct

The mission of this directive is to instill a constant standard of integrity, awareness, and disciplined conduct among all participants engaging within China’s highly regulated society. Individuals must understand that public visibility is continuous, and the likelihood of being recorded at any given moment is virtually certain. As such, every action, interaction, and expression must reflect a commitment to dignity, respect, and self-control, recognizing that representation extends beyond formal settings into every public and private space.

We are committed to cultivating a mindset of consistent human decency and accountability, regardless of circumstance or audience. Participants are expected to conduct themselves with the highest level of professionalism and moral clarity at all times—whether in direct engagement with others or in moments of solitude. This expectation reinforces the understanding that character is not situational, but constant, and that personal behavior contributes directly to the perception and success of the broader mission.

Through this standard, we aim to protect both the individual and the collective image of the program by eliminating conduct that could compromise trust, reputation, or opportunity. By embracing a culture of continuous awareness and respectful behavior, participants help ensure a safe, honorable, and successful presence within China. Ultimately, this mission affirms that true professionalism is defined not by observation, but by unwavering adherence to principled conduct at all times.

Develop Franchise Facility in the Diaspora & Africa

The mission of this requirement is to ensure that every MemTrac™ member participating in the China collaboration actively contributes to tangible economic development across the Diaspora and Africa. By mandating the establishment of a storefront, land investment, medical facility, or educational institution, the program transforms participation into measurable impact. This initiative is designed to extend opportunity beyond individual gain, creating infrastructure, access, and long-term value within communities that are central to the global Black economic future.

We are committed to building a network of purpose-driven investments that strengthen self-sufficiency, ownership, and community advancement. Each member’s project—whether commercial, agricultural, healthcare-based, or educational—serves as a pillar in a larger framework of collective progress. These developments are not symbolic; they are strategic, intended to generate employment, expand access to essential services, and cultivate sustainable ecosystems that empower present and future generations throughout the Diaspora and Africa.

Through this mandate, MemTrac™ reinforces the principle that global collaboration must directly benefit local communities. Participants are not only representatives of international engagement, but also stewards of economic restoration and growth. By establishing meaningful assets across key regions, members help anchor a legacy of development, unity, and resilience that transcends borders. Ultimately, this mission ensures that every step taken abroad is matched by lasting contributions at home, advancing a unified vision of global Black prosperity.

Acceptance of the Diaspora XUSD Convertible Currency

The mission of this financial framework is to eliminate traditional barriers to manufacturing access by providing MemTrac™ Dashboard members with a structured, insured pathway to production through the Mansa Mint and XUSD Mint partnership. By establishing bonded assurances, this initiative enables a zero-down manufacturing model that covers initial labor costs with Chinese manufacturing partners. This approach empowers businesses to scale without the immediate burden of upfront capital, ensuring that innovation, ownership, and production are driven by opportunity rather than limitation.

We are committed to creating a sustainable and reciprocal economic system where trust, performance, and accountability govern financial engagement. The bonded structure ensures that manufacturing partners are secured while allowing participating companies to repay initial costs through product sales generated from low-cost production agreements. This model aligns incentives on both sides, fostering long-term partnerships that prioritize growth, reliability, and shared success across international markets.

As part of this ecosystem, all participants are required to integrate and accept XUSD Convertible Currency alongside their existing accepted currencies. This requirement strengthens the internal financial network, increases transactional efficiency, and supports the scalability of the program’s economic infrastructure. By adopting this unified currency approach, MemTrac™ members contribute to a cohesive financial system designed to expand access, stabilize operations, and position the collaboration as a forward-thinking model for global trade and Black economic advancement.

Diaspora and Africa Employment Collaboration

The mission of Black Wall Street’s global development initiative is to establish physical, place-based economic hubs across the Diaspora and Africa that strengthen local infrastructure, expand employment opportunities, and reinforce long-term community ownership. These hubs are designed to move beyond digital participation alone, requiring real-world presence through storefronts, facilities, land development, and operational businesses that directly contribute to regional economies.

A core pillar of this mission is the commitment to local workforce development. MemTrac™ members are expected to hire employees from the host country or surrounding region, ensuring that economic participation remains rooted in the communities being served. Compensation structures are intended to reflect strong, competitive wage standards aligned with international benchmarks, with the broader goal of improving household stability, increasing skills transfer, and elevating local purchasing power through consistent employment opportunities.

To support a unified and scalable economic system, the initiative incorporates a multi-currency framework that may include the use of internal settlement tools such as XUSD alongside other accepted currencies, where applicable and compliant. This structure is intended to streamline cross-border trade, improve liquidity across projects, and reinforce transparency in financial operations while respecting local regulatory environments. Ultimately, all physical hubs are designed to function as anchored centers of production, employment, and reinvestment—ensuring that economic activity is tangible, measurable, and directly beneficial to the regions in which it operates.

Arrival and Expectations

The purpose of this guideline is to ensure that all MemTrac™ participants maintain full compliance with the legal and administrative requirements of the host country upon arrival and throughout their stay. Within 24 hours of entry, members are expected to complete all required registration procedures with local authorities, which is often facilitated directly through hotel check-in systems. This step is essential for establishing lawful presence, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting smooth coordination with local regulatory systems.

In alignment with national laws and international travel standards, all participants are required to carry valid identification—specifically a passport—at all times while in the host country. This requirement is intended to support personal security, lawful verification, and efficient interaction with authorities if needed. Maintaining proper identification ensures that individuals can navigate both business and public environments without disruption while respecting the legal expectations of the jurisdiction.

Additionally, participants must adhere to all applicable health and public safety regulations enforced by local authorities. This may include compliance with screening protocols, which can involve random testing as determined by law. All individuals are expected to understand that host-country regulations apply regardless of where substances may have been consumed prior to arrival, and compliance is mandatory. The overarching goal of these standards is to promote lawful conduct, personal responsibility, and uninterrupted participation in international economic engagement.

Payment and Connectivity

The purpose of this guideline is to ensure all MemTrac™ participants are fully prepared to operate within a predominantly cashless commercial environment. In many regions, QR code-based transactions are the standard method for payments, and mobile payment systems are widely integrated into daily economic activity. Participants are expected to prepare in advance by familiarizing themselves with commonly used digital payment platforms and ensuring their financial tools are compatible with QR-based transactions upon arrival.

To support seamless participation in local commerce, members should set up and test approved mobile payment applications prior to travel, where available and permitted. These systems are central to transportation, retail, dining, and service-based transactions, and in many cases may be the primary or preferred method of payment. Cash usage may be limited in certain environments, making digital readiness essential for efficient movement and engagement within the host economy.

In addition, participants should be aware that internet access and digital services may differ from those commonly used in other regions. Certain international platforms may not be directly accessible, and travelers are expected to plan accordingly using lawful, locally available connectivity options and approved digital tools. Compliance with all local regulations governing communications and technology use is required. The overall objective is to ensure that all members can operate effectively, respectfully, and without disruption within the host country’s established digital and economic systems.

Download WeChat eSIM

The purpose of this guidance is to prepare MemTrac™ participants for modern, flexible connectivity options when traveling internationally, particularly in regions where mobile network access may differ from what users are accustomed to. As digital infrastructure continues to evolve, eSIM technology has become an increasingly practical solution for travelers who require reliable internet access without the need for physical SIM card exchange. This approach supports continuity of communication, business operations, and access to essential digital tools upon arrival.

eSIM, or embedded SIM technology, allows users to activate mobile data service digitally through a QR code or app-based installation process. Once configured, it enables access to cellular networks without requiring a physical SIM card, making it especially useful for international travel where immediate connectivity is important. Many modern smartphones, particularly models commonly used in the United States, now include eSIM compatibility, allowing users to switch between carriers or activate international data plans with greater ease and efficiency.

For MemTrac™ participants, understanding and preparing eSIM capabilities in advance supports smoother transitions into international environments where connectivity needs may be immediate and continuous. While device compatibility varies by model and carrier, eSIM has become a widely adopted standard in global telecommunications. Proper setup prior to travel ensures participants can remain connected for coordination, navigation, and operational needs without unnecessary delay or disruption.

Cultural Etiquette

The purpose of this guidance is to support MemTrac™ participants in engaging respectfully and effectively within Chinese cultural environments, ensuring that all interactions reflect professionalism, awareness, and mutual respect. Understanding local etiquette is an essential part of successful international engagement, as it helps build trust, strengthens relationships, and demonstrates cultural intelligence in both business and social settings. Participants are expected to approach all interactions with courtesy, humility, and attentiveness to local customs.

Respect for elders and formal greetings are important aspects of social conduct in China. A polite handshake is commonly used in professional and formal settings, and individuals are encouraged to remain attentive to tone, posture, and demeanor during introductions. In both business and community environments, showing respect through calm communication and appropriate manners contributes positively to relationship-building and reflects well on both the individual and the broader organization they represent.

When visiting cultural or religious spaces, participants should observe appropriate dress standards and behavior that reflect reverence for the setting. Modest attire is recommended, and individuals should follow local customs such as removing shoes when entering private homes or certain traditional establishments where required. In addition, gift-giving practices should be approached with cultural awareness, including presenting items respectfully with both hands and avoiding items that may carry unintended symbolism. By observing these guidelines, MemTrac™ members contribute to positive cross-cultural exchange and uphold a standard of respectful global representation.

Safety

The purpose of this guidance is to ensure MemTrac™ participants are well-informed, prepared, and equipped to navigate daily life in China with awareness and confidence. China is generally regarded as a safe destination for visitors, with low levels of violent crime in many regions. Participants can typically move comfortably through urban environments, including during evening hours, while still maintaining standard international travel awareness and personal responsibility.

As with any global travel experience, individuals are expected to practice common-sense safety precautions. This includes maintaining awareness of personal belongings in crowded environments such as markets, transit systems, and busy commercial areas where opportunistic theft can occur. Participants should also remain attentive to local transportation conditions, particularly when crossing streets or navigating high-traffic areas, where driving patterns may differ from those in other countries. Using designated crosswalks and observing local signals is strongly advised.

For travel to less populated or remote regions, participants are encouraged to maintain communication protocols by informing trusted contacts of their itinerary and expected return times when appropriate. This supports personal safety and ensures accountability during extended travel. Additionally, optional Mandarin language training is recommended to enhance communication, improve cultural integration, and strengthen overall engagement within local environments, contributing to a smoother and more effective experience abroad.
