MemTrac™ Dashboard Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

 

The MemTrac™ Dashboard Refund Policy ("Policy") establishes the terms, conditions, limitations, and procedures governing refund requests associated with the purchase, activation, and utilization of the MemTrac™ Dashboard membership platform provided through BlackWallStreet.org ("BlackWallStreet.org," "BWS," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").

 

This Policy has been created to provide complete transparency regarding payment processing, digital service delivery, account activation, cancellation rights, refund eligibility, and dispute resolution procedures for all individuals, organizations, businesses, and entities ("Member," "User," "you," or "your") who purchase access to the MemTrac™ Dashboard system.

 

By submitting payment through approved payment channels, including but not limited to PayPal, Cash App, or other authorized payment providers, and by accessing the MemTrac™ Dashboard using BlackWallStreet.org-issued login credentials, the Member acknowledges, understands, and agrees to all terms contained within this Refund Policy.

 

1. Nature of the MemTrac™ Dashboard Digital Service

 

The MemTrac™ Dashboard is a proprietary digital membership platform developed and maintained by BlackWallStreet.org to provide Members with access to organizational resources, membership tools, communications, digital services, and other benefits available through the BlackWallStreet.org ecosystem.

 

MemTrac™ Dashboard access is classified as a digitally delivered service. Unlike a physical product that may be returned, digital platform access, account activation, and issued login credentials represent the delivery of a service that cannot be physically returned, recovered, or resold once access has been provided.

 

Because the MemTrac™ Dashboard provides immediate digital access upon activation, Members agree that successful account creation and dashboard availability constitute fulfillment of the purchased service obligation.

 

2. Payment Processing and Member Authorization

 

Payments for MemTrac™ Dashboard access may be processed through approved third-party payment platforms, including PayPal, Cash App, and other payment providers authorized by BlackWallStreet.org.

 

By completing payment, the Member acknowledges and agrees that:

 

• The payment transaction was voluntarily authorized by the Member.
• The Member reviewed the MemTrac™ Dashboard service description before purchase.
• The Member agrees to the terms of this Refund Policy prior to receiving access.
• The Member understands that digital service access begins after account activation.

 

Payment processors may maintain independent policies and procedures; however, BlackWallStreet.org maintains its own clearly disclosed refund terms governing MemTrac™ Dashboard purchases.

 

3. Fifteen (15) Day Cancellation Opportunity Before Dashboard Access

 

BlackWallStreet.org provides each MemTrac™ Dashboard purchaser with a limited fifteen (15) calendar day cancellation opportunity beginning on the date payment is successfully received.

 

During this fifteen (15) day period, a Member may request cancellation and consideration for a refund only if the Member has not accessed or utilized the MemTrac™ Dashboard system.

 

To qualify for cancellation within this period, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

• The Member has not logged into the MemTrac™ Dashboard.
• The Member has not used BlackWallStreet.org-issued login credentials.
• The Member has not accessed any dashboard tools, resources, or benefits.
• The Member submits a written cancellation request within fifteen (15) days.

 

Once dashboard access occurs, the fifteen (15) day cancellation opportunity immediately expires.

 

4. No Refunds After MemTrac™ Dashboard Access

 

Once a Member accesses the MemTrac™ Dashboard using BlackWallStreet.org-issued login credentials, all payments become final and non-refundable.

 

Dashboard access confirms that:

• The Member received the purchased digital service.
• The account activation process was completed.
• The Member was provided access to the MemTrac™ Dashboard environment.
• The digital membership service was delivered as purchased.

 

After verified dashboard access, BlackWallStreet.org will not issue:

• Refunds
• Partial refunds
• Prorated refunds
• Credits in place of refunds
• Membership transfers
• Exceptions of any kind

 

5. Strict No-Exception Refund Policy

 

BlackWallStreet.org maintains a strict no-exception refund policy after MemTrac™ Dashboard access has been verified.

Refunds will not be granted due to:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Failure to use the dashboard after activation.
• Failure to review available membership benefits.
• Personal financial circumstances after purchase.
• Loss of login credentials.
• Device, browser, or internet limitations.
• Failure to participate after receiving access.

 

No exceptions will be granted once the Member has accessed the MemTrac™ Dashboard system.

 

6. PayPal Payment Processing and Dispute Resolution

 

BlackWallStreet.org utilizes PayPal as an authorized payment processing provider for certain MemTrac™ Dashboard transactions.

 

PayPal recognizes that merchants may establish refund policies and may consider evidence demonstrating that a purchased service was delivered when reviewing payment disputes, claims, and chargeback requests.

 

BlackWallStreet.org maintains a documented no-refund policy for digitally delivered MemTrac™ Dashboard services after user access has occurred.

In the event of a payment dispute, BlackWallStreet.org may provide PayPal with documentation confirming fulfillment of services, including:

• Payment confirmation records.
• Account registration records.
• Credential issuance records.
• Dashboard login timestamps.
• Membership activation records.
• Other verification records demonstrating user access.

 

Upon MemTrac™ staff providing verified proof that a Member accessed the MemTrac™ Dashboard, no refund will be issued.

 

7. Verification of Member Access

 

MemTrac™ staff maintain administrative records necessary to verify account activation and user access. These records may include login history, account activation dates, authentication records, and related service delivery records.

 

Such records may be used to demonstrate that the Member received and accessed the purchased digital service.

 

8. Chargebacks and Unauthorized Payment Reversals

 

Members agree to contact BlackWallStreet.org directly before initiating a payment reversal, chargeback, or payment dispute.

 

Initiating a chargeback after accessing the MemTrac™ Dashboard does not eliminate the Member's obligation under this Policy.

 

BlackWallStreet.org reserves the right to provide payment processors and financial institutions with documentation proving service fulfillment.

 

9. Member Acknowledgment and Acceptance

 

By purchasing MemTrac™ Dashboard access, the Member acknowledges:

• The service purchased is digital membership access.
• A fifteen (15) day cancellation period exists before dashboard access.
• Accessing the dashboard constitutes acceptance and delivery of services.
• Payments become final once access is provided.
• No refunds are available after verified access.
• No exceptions will be granted after dashboard activation.

 

10. Effective Date

This MemTrac™ Dashboard Refund Policy is effective as of January 1, 2025.
