USER POLICY ADDENDUM
ARTICLE I – ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
1.1 Formation.
BlackWallStreet.org (“the Organization”) has developed and operates the MemTrac™ platform as a proprietary and confidential system designed exclusively for approved members, partners, and stakeholders. This Operations Agreement (“Agreement”) establishes the governance, operational framework, functional standards, and long-term vision for MemTrac™, ensuring that all participants understand their responsibilities while upholding the highest standards of security, privacy, and intellectual property protection.
1.2 Purpose.
The primary purpose of MemTrac™ is to provide a secure, centralized environment for tracking organizational activities, managing events, distributing educational and archival content, and supporting the strategic objectives of BlackWallStreet.org. The platform promotes economic empowerment, digital sovereignty, community resilience, and historical education within the Black Wall Street movement.
1.3 Principal Office.
The principal office of MemTrac™ is maintained at the headquarters of BlackWallStreet.org, with auxiliary operational nodes and data centers in multiple regions to ensure accessibility and redundancy. Each node is secured and maintained under the Organization’s strict cybersecurity and confidentiality standards.
ARTICLE II – MANAGEMENT
2.1 Governance.
Overall governance of MemTrac™ rests with the Executive Committee of BlackWallStreet.org, which directs policy, strategy, compliance, and oversight. The Committee ensures that platform operations remain aligned with the Organization’s mission and adhere to all ethical and technological standards.
2.2 Platform Administrators.
Day-to-day management is carried out by designated Platform Administrators responsible for user management, content moderation, incident response, and data security. All Administrators are trained in cybersecurity best practices and confidentiality compliance.
2.3 Advisory Board.
An advisory board of subject-matter experts, cybersecurity professionals, legal advisors, and community leaders provides strategic and technical guidance to ensure continued innovation, risk mitigation, and adherence to evolving data protection laws.
ARTICLE III – MEMBERSHIP
3.1 Eligibility.
Access to MemTrac™ is strictly limited to verified members of BlackWallStreet.org and authorized partner entities. No external or third-party individuals may access, view, or use any content, video, audio, or digital file associated with MemTrac™ without prior written approval from the Organization.
3.2 Registration.
Members must complete a formal registration and verification process. This includes identity verification, IP association logging, and agreement to all non-disclosure and non-sharing provisions.
3.3 Member Responsibilities.
Members must:
* Keep their account information accurate and up to date.
* Refrain from sharing, duplicating, or transferring any MemTrac™ content, videos, audio recordings, documents, or system files to any non-registered individual or entity.
* Use the platform solely within authorized limits and geographic/IP access points.
* Promptly report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
* Participate in compliance reviews and training as required.
Any sharing or attempted duplication of MemTrac™ content constitutes a direct violation of this Agreement.
ARTICLE IV – DATA MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING
4.1 Data Ownership.
All data, content, and system assets within MemTrac™ are the exclusive property of BlackWallStreet.org. Members are granted a limited, revocable license to use the platform for approved purposes only.
4.2 Privacy and Confidentiality.
All user activity is encrypted and stored securely. Confidentiality is maintained through encryption, access control, and AI-assisted monitoring to detect anomalies, unauthorized logins, or content distribution attempts.
4.3 AI Tracking and Detection.
MemTrac™ utilizes advanced artificial intelligence and machine-learning algorithms to monitor access and detect sharing violations.
The system verifies authorized users through IP address matching, email authentication, device recognition, and behavioral algorithms.
If the platform identifies that content has been shared, exported, or streamed by a non-registered user, or from an unrecognized device, the AI audit trail will automatically trigger a compliance alert and suspend the account pending investigation.
Confirmed violations result in permanent, lifetime revocation of access to MemTrac™ and all associated services.
4.4 Data Integrity.
BlackWallStreet.org ensures the accuracy and integrity of stored data through continuous verification and redundancy. Members may access and review their data as permitted by policy.
ARTICLE V – FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
5.1 Fees.
Basic membership includes standard access. Premium services, such as analytics or extended archiving, may incur additional fees. All pricing and payment terms are transparent and updated with notice to users.
5.2 Financial Oversight.
All MemTrac™ financial transactions are internally audited and externally compliant. Annual reports maintain transparency with all stakeholders.
ARTICLE VI – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND NON-SHARING CLAUSE
6.1 Platform IP.
MemTrac™—including all source code, databases, graphics, video, audio, algorithms, and documents—is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Duplication, distribution, or unauthorized use in any form, digital or physical, is strictly prohibited.
6.2 User Content.
Members retain ownership of any original content they upload but grant BlackWallStreet.org a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such content within MemTrac™ for operational purposes.
All shared content remains subject to the same non-duplication and confidentiality standards.
6.3 Non-Sharing and Duplication Policy.
No videos, audio files, documents, or data generated or stored in MemTrac™ may be shared, duplicated, downloaded, or redistributed outside the platform.
This prohibition extends to screenshots, recordings, or the use of third-party tools to copy or mirror content.
Violators will be permanently banned from MemTrac™ and may face additional legal action under applicable intellectual property and data protection laws.
ARTICLE VII – SECURITY
7.1 Security Standards.
MemTrac™ employs end-to-end encryption, firewalls, intrusion detection, and AI anomaly tracking. Regular audits and penetration testing ensure continuous protection.
7.2 Incident Response.
A dedicated team manages breaches or unauthorized activity. Violations confirmed by AI monitoring will result in immediate suspension and investigation.
7.3 User Security Obligations.
Members must maintain password hygiene, enable two-factor authentication, and comply with all system security recommendations.
ARTICLE VIII – AMENDMENTS
8.1 Modifications.
BlackWallStreet.org reserves the right to update this Agreement as technology and policy evolve. Notice will be provided prior to enforcement of any substantial changes.
ARTICLE IX – TERMINATION
9.1 Termination by Organization.
Any breach of the no-sharing or duplication clauses, or any attempt to conceal or evade AI detection, results in automatic lifetime termination of access to MemTrac™.
9.2 Termination by Member.
Members may voluntarily deactivate their accounts, subject to applicable data retention policies.
ARTICLE X – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
10.1 Governing Law.
This Agreement is governed by the jurisdiction where BlackWallStreet.org is registered.
10.2 Arbitration.
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with recognized arbitration procedures.
ARTICLE XI – MISCELLANEOUS
11.1 Entire Agreement.
This Agreement, along with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitutes the full and final understanding governing MemTrac™ use.
11.2 Severability.
If any clause is found invalid, the remainder of the Agreement remains enforceable.

MEMTRAC™ USER POLICY ADDENDUM
This User Policy Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements the MemTrac™ Operations Agreement and Terms of Use established by BlackWallStreet.org. By activating or using a MemTrac™ account, each member acknowledges and agrees to the following additional provisions governing confidentiality, digital security, and enforcement.
1. Confidentiality and Non-Sharing Rule
1.1 All files, videos, audio recordings, documents, data visualizations, and proprietary resources contained within MemTrac™ are confidential and exclusively owned by BlackWallStreet.org.
1.2 Members are strictly prohibited from copying, downloading, duplicating, recording, or redistributing any part of the MemTrac™ platform or its contents, including by screen capture, external recording devices, or third-party software.
1.3 Access to MemTrac™ materials is granted solely for personal, authorized use within the approved account. Sharing any material, login credential, or access privilege with a non-registered individual is a direct violation of this policy.
2. AI Tracking and Enforcement Technology
2.1 MemTrac™ employs proprietary Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine-learning algorithms to safeguard the platform’s integrity.
2.2 These systems continuously monitor and record account usage patterns, device identifiers, IP addresses, geolocation metadata, and access behaviors to ensure that content is used only by verified users
2.3 The AI system can automatically detect:
* Sharing or streaming from unauthorized IPs or devices.
* Multiple logins from inconsistent geographic regions.
* File duplication, extraction, or redistribution attempts. * Uploads or third-party reposts of MemTrac™ content. 2.4 Upon detection, the system will automatically: * Suspend the offending account pending verification. * Generate a compliance report for human review. * Initiate a permanent access revocation if the violation is confirmed.
3. Lifetime Ban and Enforcement
3.1 Any verified violation of this Addendum results in immediate and permanent termination of access to MemTrac™ and all related BlackWallStreet.org services.
3.2 The lifetime ban is non-appealable in cases of deliberate sharing, duplication, or redistribution.
3.3 Violations may also result in civil or criminal action under applicable data protection, privacy, and intellectual property laws.
4. Member Responsibilities
Each member agrees to:
* Maintain confidentiality and safeguard login credentials.
* Use only devices and networks personally controlled or approved for secure access.
* Promptly report suspected unauthorized use or data breaches.
* Comply fully with all MemTrac™ Terms of Use and operational standards.
5. Acknowledgment
By accessing MemTrac™, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this User Policy Addendum. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms and consent to AI-based monitoring solely for the purpose of protecting the platform’s intellectual property and user security.
