MemTrac™ Affiliate Program

The MemTrac™ Affiliate & Referral Partner Program is for highly active Dashboard members who demonstrate sustained engagement and can introduce qualified new members to the MemTrac™ ecosystem.

Highly active MemTrac™ Dashboard members can earn one-time commissions for qualified referrals. Members must have an active Dashboard membership for at least six months to apply; however, six months alone does not guarantee approval. MemTrac™ reviews each applicant's activity, participation, feature usage, engagement, and overall standing.

Approved partners earn 10%–30% on each qualified new member's first annual $165 membership payment, with higher rates based on referral volume. Commissions are one-time only, with no commissions on renewals. Eligible members must apply through the MemTrac™ Chat system inside their Dashboard; outside applications are not accepted. The program rewards active members who understand, support, and promote MemTrac™ within their networks and communities.

The MemTrac™ Affiliate & Referral Partner Program is designed for highly active MemTrac™ Dashboard members who demonstrate sustained engagement with the platform and are positioned to introduce qualified new members to the MemTrac™ ecosystem.

Six-Month Eligibility

Members must have maintained an active MemTrac™ Dashboard for at least six months before they may qualify to apply to become a Referral Partner.

Six months alone does not guarantee eligibility. MemTrac™ will evaluate sustained dashboard activity, meaningful use of available features, engagement, participation, and overall standing.

Apply Inside MemTrac™

Eligible members must submit their application from inside the MemTrac™ Dashboard using the MemTrac™ Chat system. Applications submitted outside the Dashboard are not accepted.

Commission Structure

MemTrac™ pays a one-time referral commission on the first annual membership purchased by a qualified new customer. The standard annual MemTrac™ Dashboard fee is $165.

Important: Commission rates are based on qualified new activations attributed to the partner during the applicable commission period. Higher tiers do not retroactively change commissions already earned at a lower tier.

What Counts as a Qualified Referral?

The referral must be a new MemTrac™ customer.
The customer must complete the first $165 annual membership payment successfully.
The referral must be attributable to the approved partner's referral link, code, QR code, or other approved MemTrac™ referral method.
The transaction must not be fraudulent, disputed, refunded, or charged back.
Self-referrals and duplicate-account referrals do not qualify.

Renewals: 0% Commission

Referral commissions are one-time only. Partners receive no commission on annual renewals or subsequent years of membership.

If a referred member renews the following year, MemTrac™ retains the full renewal payment. Referral attribution does not create a perpetual commission or ownership interest in the customer relationship.

Partner Program Rules

Eligibility: Six months of membership is a minimum prerequisite to apply; approval is not automatic.

Activity: Applicants must be highly active Dashboard users and remain in good standing.

Application: Applications must be submitted inside the MemTrac™ Dashboard through the MemTrac™ Chat system.

Approval: MemTrac™ reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate partner applications.

Attribution: The first valid referral recorded by the MemTrac™ referral system receives credit unless MemTrac™ determines otherwise.

Payouts: Commissions are paid monthly after applicable verification and refund/chargeback review, subject to a $50 minimum payout threshold.

Refunds: Refunded, disputed, charged-back, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid transactions do not earn commission.

Self-referrals: Partners may not refer themselves, create duplicate accounts, or arrange transactions primarily to generate commissions.

Marketing: Partners may not make false claims, guarantee income, misrepresent MemTrac™ pricing or features, spam users, impersonate MemTrac™, or misuse MemTrac™ trademarks.

Customer ownership: The customer remains a MemTrac™ customer. Referral attribution does not transfer ownership of the customer, account, data, or relationship to the partner.

Program changes: MemTrac™ may modify commission rates, eligibility standards, payout procedures, or other program terms upon reasonable notice.

Termination: MemTrac™ may terminate participation for fraud, abuse, policy violations, deceptive marketing, or conduct that harms MemTrac™ or its members.
